Eligibility
KEK faculty, engineers, staff, administration staff, and paid researchers
Persons deemed eligible for the system should be verified in Integrated Authentication System. Your status will be checked at our service desk when submitting an application. Administration staff need authorization by their supervisor in advance for using the system. |
Application
A Post KEK account is required to use the service. Please create your Post KEK account beforehand. Please see the detail of application for the mail system.
Fill out a service application form, submit to the service desk of KEK Computing Research Center. If you forgot your Post KEK password, submit a password initialization form as well. A notification mail will be sent to your Post KEK mail account after the registration is finished.
Forgot your password
The data in KEK CLOULD is encrypted. If you forgot your password, you might loose your data. |
When you forgot your password, re-encryption for you data as well as password reset of Post KEK are necessary.
- If you set the data recovery option enabled, ask data recovery submitting this form (Application Form for Data Recovery / Wipe).
- If you do not set the data recovery option disabled, ask wiping your data submitting this form (Application Form for Data Recovery / Wipe).
Note that you should opt-in for your data recovery to re-encrypt your data. If not, we cannot recover your data. |
This action resets your Post KEK password. You might need to set a new password in your mail client. |
Termination
When you stop using the service, or you loose eligibility for the service, promptly terminate your use of the service submitting this form. We will close your account and wipe your data from the system as well.
If your ineligibility would be found in our service renewal process, etc., we might suspend or end the service, and wipe your data from the system at our discretion without notice. |
